All products sold on this website are handmade ceramic items. Due to the nature of handmade work, slight variations in size, shape, colour, and finish may occur. These differences are part of the uniqueness of each piece and should not be considered defects. We make every effort to ensure that product descriptions and images are accurate, but colours may vary slightly due to screen settings.

All prices are listed in GBP (£). We reserve the right to change prices at any time. Orders are considered accepted once you receive a confirmation email. In the unlikely event that an item is unavailable or there is an error in pricing, we reserve the right to cancel and refund your order.

We aim to dispatch orders promptly; however, delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the courier. Once an order has been dispatched, we are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping provider. If your item arrives damaged, you must contact us within a reasonable timeframe and provide photographic evidence so we can assess and resolve the issue.

Due to the fragile nature of ceramic items and the risks associated with return shipping, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for unwanted items. Refunds or replacements will only be provided where the wrong item has been sent. This policy is in place because we cannot control or guarantee the safety and adequacy of packaging during return transit, and therefore cannot ensure items will be received without damage. This does not affect your statutory rights under UK consumer law.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that their delivery details are correct at the time of ordering. We are not liable for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

Our functional ceramic pieces are dishwasher safe; however, handwashing is recommended to prolong their lifespan. These items are not suitable for microwave use.
